@the_aphoticTwo hours after your session, remove the bandage at home. Seeing color pigment and fluid in the wrap is completely normal — don't worry.
Wash hands, then gently clean with liquid hand soap under warm water. Pat dry, breathe 10–15 minutes, then apply a pea-sized amount of Aquaphor.
Apply Aquaphor four times a day for four days. Dab until barely visible each time — less is more. This is the most critical step for a clean heal.
Wrap in plastic wrap secured with first aid tape before bed. Unwrap and wash first thing in the morning — don't re-bandage after that.
Flaking around day five is completely normal. Continue with unscented lotion or Aquaphor until fully healed — up to two weeks total.
